Seattle man shot making citizen's arrest in fight over Cheap Chicken Monday

Seattle police in the Gun Violence Reduction Unit say they have an open and active criminal investigation after a man was shot in Safeway parking lot. The victim says a woman vandalized his car with scissors after getting upset that he was throwing chicken bones out of his window. Cell phone video shows him getting shot while attempting to make a citizen's arrest.
