Giant pacific octopus found in Bellingham tidepool

A husband and wife exploring Bellingham Bay last week had an unexpected encounter with a giant Pacific octopus in a tidepool, just steps from the shore. Captured on video by Micah Moeller, the octopus was so close to the couple that they could have touched it.
