45-car pileup causes I-5 shut down, massive traffic backup in Kent

18 tow trucks were needed to help clear a massive crash site in Kent, Washington this afternoon. A few were hospitalized and many more stuck for hours in a 5-mile backup after 45 vehicles crashed into eachother.
