Both sides clash over police pursuit law research data

A new bill to change Washington's police pursuit laws is being blocked from discussion by Sen. Manka Dhingra, the chair of the Senate Law & Justice Committee. Dhingra is citing a UW study on police pursuit deaths, which is being questioned by other law makers and law enforcement officials.
