New ruling makes huge impact on DUI cases in Washington

Since 2015, law enforcement in the state have been using a blood alcohol breathalyzer from a company called Daeger. The results have been used to convict tens of thousands of people on drunk driving charges, but a new ruling says that those results from Daeger's machine violate state law.
