WSP seeks witnesses to I-5 road rage shooting in Fife
FIFE, Wash. - Washington State Patrol is asking for witnesses to come forward after a shooting that happened on northbound Interstate 5 in Fife.
What we know:
The shooting happened around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28, on northbound I-5 near 54th Avenue East.
WSP says the suspect fired at least two rounds at the victim, striking their vehicle. The victim was not physically injured.
The suspect's vehicle is described as a black passenger vehicle, possibly a Ford Focus.
The victim was driving a black Nissan Altima.
Anyone who witnessed the shooting or has information related to the incident is asked to contact WSP Detective Adam Gruener at (253) 538-3176 or email adam.gruener@wsp.wa.gov.
This comes after another I-5 shooting that happened in Seattle. WSP is also seeking witnesses to that shooting.
