Teen injured in Everett stabbing
Police are investigating a stabbing that left a teen with serious injuries early Tuesday morning in Everett.
EVERETT, Wash. - Police are investigating a stabbing that left a teen with serious injuries early Tuesday morning in Everett.
Investigators told FOX 13 Seattle the stabbing happened at about 1:30 a.m. near Lions Park.
When officers arrived, they found the teen and the teen was taken to the hospital. As of 6 a.m. Tuesday, authorities said the teen was in surgery.
After a search of the area, police could not locate the suspect.
When FOX 13 crews arrived at the scene, detectives were investigating the scene.
It's not known what led up to the stabbing.
The investigation remains ongoing.
