Suspicious death investigation underway in Seattle

SEATTLE - Seattle police are investigating a suspicious death Thursday morning in the First Hill neighborhood. 

Officers were called to the report of a dead man around 5:00 a.m. in the 1100 block of 8th Avenue. When the arrived, the found the man lying in the alcove of a building.

Homicide detectives are investigating the death.

The King County Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
