Police investigating fatal crash in Seattle involving pedestrian and semi-truck
SEATTLE - Police are responding to a fatal crash involving a semi-truck and pedestrian Wednesday evening.
Seattle Police Department responded to the incident around 5 p.m. Wednesday at Corson Ave. S. and S. Michigan St. in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood.
A spokesperson with SPD told Q13 News the truck driver hit a cyclist as it was about to turn at a traffic light.
All lanes in both directions of Corson Ave. S. and S. Bailey St. were closed for several hours.
