Seattle police arrest 3 taggers after I-5 North shooting
SEATTLE - Three men are behind bars after someone reported being shot at while driving on I-5 near Downtown Seattle.
Timeline:
Around 11 p.m. on Friday night, police say officers responded to reports of a shooting on the I-5 northbound offramp to Dearborn Street.
A 33-year-old, 24-year-old, and 28-year-old were arrested for tagging the roadway area and the shooting. Police say they found spray paint cans and guns matching victim descriptions during their overnight investigation.
The victim identified the three arrested men and they were booked into King County Jail, according to SPD.
The victim was uninjured after avoiding getting hit by the bullets. Police did not immediately release information on if there were any connections between the shooters and victim or if the attack was random.
