Watch: Would-be intruder gets rescued after getting stuck in chimney

Police in Ohio said a would-be intruder had to be rescued after getting stuck in the chimney of a mental health facility in Akron last month. 

The backstory:

Officers said it took hours to rescue the 29-year-old man who had been trying to get into the building. 

First responders arrived at the scene after getting reports of a "suspicious person" on the roof of Minority Behavioral Health Group.

A drone had to be used to locate the man.

The local fire department was called in to free the man, which happened two hours after the initial call. 

What's next:

 The suspect was taken into custody and transported to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment. 

Officers later charged him with burglary and criminal trespass.
