In 2024, more than 85,000 people attended the four-day convention, which has grown in size every year.

What is the Emerald City Comic Con 2025 theme?
The convention announced back in August that the theme for 2025 would be: Return to Grunge.
"We are calling all of you wild cryptids to rock at the Seattle Convention Center," read a post to Instagram from the organization.

For people planning to drive, there are three parking garages: Arch and Summit at the Seattle Convention Center (SCC) and Freeway Park.

The safety, security, health and wellness of the event's staff and attendees of ECCC are a priority.
Organizers have listed procedures for every participant at the event:
- Security staff may approach you outside the event, at entry or inside the event in order to assist.
- You are required to wear the event ID badges/credentials provided to you.
